Hyatt Place Austin Lake Travis/Four Points

The bathroom was very updated and the room felt nice and homey.

The beds felt soft and firm at the same time, kinda like only certain spots were comfy. Felt like we were kind of like laying on a mattress topper with a wooden board underneath.

Arrived at the hotel and the front desk notified me that the hotel is oversold. Need to contact booking.com to get refund confirmation before reserving another hotel.

The staff and the cleanliness.

The location wasn’t bad but it was dark coming in to the property.

I always stay there because my only grandchild is down the street so we go to visit we fly in from California and that place is always clean great customer service and a beautiful location. And I already booked my next room for June they always go above and beyond whenever you ask for anything that you need.
