Good location. The outside and lobby were in good repair. Parking was accessible and easy.

The man that checked us in at the front desk on 4/6/26 was very rude and when we went down to the desk and asked that same person for some additional linens he was again very rude and condescending and then told us that he would have the linens brought up to the room and never followed through. We had to go down to the lobby 3.5 hours later to ask again and we were told by a different man that they didn’t have any extra blankets. Not a single extra blanket to be had in the whole hotel. Also, the bathroom sliding door is a terrible set up. It’s loud and continuously slides shut on its own and it is incredibly hard to lock. Also, there were loose tiles in the bathroom. Very poor quality workmanship.

El desayuno está muy bien servido, aunque todos los días sirven lo mismo. Sin embargo, es más que suficiente y siempre se agradece poder desayunar en el hotel. La ubicación está muy bien, en un entorno muy tranquilo y con tiendas como CVS y HEB a menos de una cuadra. Las instalaciones del cuarto están muy cómodas y el hecho de que tengan frigobar es un extra que también se agradece.

No me pareció que hubieran cobrado un depósito de $300.00 usd del cual no se había informado. La persona de la recepción cuando estuve preguntando por el depósito no fue muy amable; pero a lo mejor fue cuestión del idioma. Cinco días después del check out, regresaron el depósito.
