Good location and grocery store and good restaurant in the area.

Main rug was stained and only had one bowl and one wine glass. Otherwise enough dishes for the kitchen.

Everything. The staff was great. Excellent communication. Easy to find. Location perfect. Felt very safe, really great area. I stayed here for a show at Gasa Gasa, it was the best thing I ever did. The property is clean, no bugs, comfortable bed. It's literally perfect for 2 people. Having parking was a huge plus. Really happy I stayed here and will stay here again everytime I come back.

The neighborhood was very nice. Great coffee shop, pizza place, Mexican restaurant and grocery very closely located and we found them to be high quality! The ceiling fans are very nice and helpful for the New Orleans humidity, the extra box fan in the closet is also great! The door code was very easy to use, no problems with access. There is a nice rooftop patio, but no furniture so a little hard to spend any time out there, but beautiful for catching a sunset. We also loved that there were windows that open.

There were no dish towels, only paper towels. There were no extra trash bags, just the one for 4 nights, not sufficient. There is a washer and dryer, but no laundry soap was provided. There was dishwasher soap under the kitchen sink, but there is no dishwasher. The bath towels, although had been washed were stained on one side, like it had been used to wipe the floor. One of the rooms had a broken bed frame, the other room had a bed frame that was too large for the mattress (king frame, queen mattress) as well as no box spring. There was the back of an earring found in one of the beds (makes one wonder if they had been washed). All the furniture is in poor condition, uncomfortable and stained. There is very random silverware, not enough for 4 people, looks more like it was just a mish mash of leftovers from various restaurants. The walls were dirty and not completely painted.

This was a very comfortable apartment in a great location near grocery store, coffee shops, and restaurants. The communication from the owners was excellent and we felt safe leaving our car in the lot and walking around the neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment was cozy.

We had a couple weird, unexplained things happen (someone might have come into the apartment when we were out at dinner? Nothing was taken but the toilet was used, and something from the fridge thrown away...very odd). But the owner was very responsive in changing the door code immediately. The kitchen could have been a bit better stocked (in particular, a lack of bowls).

The bed pillows had a terrible smell, like an old man who hadn't bathed in months. The decorative pillows were perfect. I didn't want to use the decorative pillows, but left me no choice.
