Great Place, really cool vibe. Great pool area, lots of outdoor seating around the entire place. The entire property is nice, clean, and well maintained. There are large fireplaces that make me want to travel back in the fall just to experience one! The restaurant there was hit and miss, they're working out some kinks and were frequently out of menu items. Parking is a bit of an issue if you are driving as there's not much on-site parking. But they do have valet and a free parking garage a block away. Rooms are nice and we loved the decor, not fans of the barn door for the bathroom door though. The lobby could have benefited from some refreshments, even just some water sitting out for people to drink, it's hot outside! The staff super friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great stay and we will be back.

The Cotton Court is hands down the best hotel in Lubbock. So in that sense it deserves the most stars we can give. It feels very much like a hotel resort--with a beautiful courtyard and pool, a sufficient restaurant and bar. Lots of good energy at this place. We will never stay anywhere else in Lubbock if we can help it.

Parking is always a little tricky here. But they have a parking garage if you don't mind walking--or you can always valet. The restaurant is really pleasant, but I always want it to be just a little better. That said, we go there every time at some point. For a hotel restaurant it's quite good. (Breakfast at Rain, Monomyth or Brulee will be better every time. Dinner at Flippers or Dirks also better.)

I was charged $164.14 for a one night stay at Cotton Court. I was fully informed on the booking site how much the charge would be. Two days later, the hotel charged my credit card $18. When I inquired, the hotel informed me they charge a destination fee. I was never informed of this fee on the booking site and I feel deceived and I was not fully informed when agreeing to a one night stay.

Breakfast was not included.

there was an $18 facility fee that was subtracted only if you had at the restaurant.. The pet fee was outrageous at $150 per night. Will not be staying again.

This property was phenomenal!! The vibe was excellent. So much so that instead of going out, we stayed in property and enjoyed the live music and atmosphere. The staff was amazing and made us feel like we were special guests. We will be staying here every time we come to town as well as trying the new Arlington property in August.

We loved everything.

It was a convenient stop between Santa Fe and Houston. The room was very spacious and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was also good.

Loved that everything is in one area. Very kind and friendly staff from front desk to housekeeping- everyone spoke to you and was welcoming. Walking distance to restaurants and the band was great.

The inside elevator was out of service and parking was bad. Had to park around the block and walk with luggage.
