Amazing location and very friendly staff. You can get the free bus from Kami-Furano straight to the front door. The views are incredible and the staff go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible (note that English is very limited). Thank you again!

The place best I could’ve asked for my birthday! The highest hotel and Onsen in Hokkaido, this place felt special and perfect for winter. The Onsen was amazing, and the staff was super nice and helpful. I did a snow shoe trek to a frozen waterfall and the guide (Aono-san) was the best guide I could've asked for. It was tough but worth every second. I had a wonderful time here and the best birthday of my life.
