Heating unit was difficult to operate

Cole’s Bay is pretty Can see the sea from the studio Laundry facilities

Entry to the studio is from the back by the air conditioning units etc so not the nicest approach - other units approached from the front and were a bit smarter outside so maybe they give a better first impression The outside space needs tidying up - it looks quite messy (large bare patches in gravel / wood chips, old rusty bbq (wouldn’t not have cooked food on it!), the log storage was empty now that it’s spring but the shelf looked like it was falling to bits Under the bed needs hoovering Only has a microwave and 2 ring hob…fine for us for 2 nights but very limited for food preparation if you were staying longer No storage for clothes - we just opened up our suitcases on the floor

Comfortable and well located in Cole’s Bay. Excellent communication and very clean.

Layout and coziness. Modern and clean.

The floor was so cold- even with the fireplace. Lots of firewood available which was good. To get to the front door you have to walk around the very back of the studio and your Neighbours studio (which was awkward.) Rug under sofa and coffee table would be appreciated on the cold nights.

Approach to door confusing. Need better signage.

Good size for a couple. Comfortable bed. Wood heater makes it very cosy in Winter. Great location. Very quiet but lots of bird life to enjoy.

Air Con was out of order but wood heater made up for that.

Nice setting and convenient to local shops and to the National Park. Small but convenient kitchenette. Nice to access a washer and dryer if required. Fireplace was lovely too

No floor coverings. External lighting was not working when getting to room at night. Drainage around back of apartment not great and water sat after rain.

The location of the property was great. We were staying to enjoy the bush walking in the area especially Wine Glass Bay. The property was a one room studio set up. The bed was comfortable, there was a wood burning heater and a washing machine and dryer. There is a general store and "Geographe" is a excellent coffee/breakfast, woodfire pizza cafe around the corner.

The property was quite small even for two people. The floors were bare concrete. The air conditioning was not working but we preferred the wood fire anyway. Instructions for the property is via QR codes. No WiFi is available.
