Location - View to water in Coles Bay and vegetation. National Park easy to access. Heating at night - log combustion fire 🔥 heating with a supply of wood. Very cosy. Wash machine available/dryer

Simple but very comfortable accommodation in a great location from which to explore Coles Bay and Freycinet National Park. Kitchen has everything you need for a few nights and there are places for pizza, coffee and groceries just around the corner. Also, lovely views from the veranda.

The fire place was mentioned on the listing, but when we arrived there was no fire wood. We weren't sure if this was due to restrictions due to the time of year (April), but it seemed neighbouring houses were using their fire places. We would have loved to have been able to use the fireplace during our stay as it was cooler at night and a fireplace was something we were looking for when we booked our stay.

The garden was not as good as everything else

The general location was good in terms of being right in the middle of town and walking distance to most places. A nice simple space with everything you needed. Comfy bed, great bathroom. Accessible parking too.

View was a little blocked by other studios, but still pretty nice! Was a little frustrating having to walk all the way around the back of the studio in order to not pass the studio next door. A lot of mosquitoes has been let in before we came so unfortunately was bitten a lot while in doors. The lock on the door was a bit fiddly to work out and the stove was initially turning off and on but got it to work eventually.

Good location

The accommodation was not secure as the entrance wouldn’t lock. Disappointed by the response I received when I asked for it to be rectified

Great location with an amazing view. Very central to beaches, walks & cafes.

BBQ plate was dirty & I shouldn't have bothered cleaning it because it hardly worked.. Only one drinking glass & two mismatched wine glasses. Good sized bathroom with a washer & dryer, but no washing powder & small shower.
