AUCleanliness . There was a bit of dust around the room and on the floor in corners but otherwise seemed clean.

DEGrosszügige Wohnung, super gelegen. Sehr aufmerksamen Personal.
ITNessuna colazione nè preparata, nè da preparare. Niente in casa di commestibile e neanche canavacci, 4 coltelli, 3 cucchiaini. Piatti sporchi, lenzuola sproporzionate nei letti singoli. L'unica cosa positiva era la posizione e la comodità delle stanze. Molto delusa!
Il ritiro delle chiavi allucinante! La key box ,dove in teoria dovevano essere le chiavi per entrare, era vuota! Abbiamo aspettato h.1,15 perchè ce le portassero, in mezzo alla strada con 4 gradi di temperatura. Invece di precipitarsi a portarcele sono venuti con calma in autobus. Scandaloso, vista anche la nostra età, 80 anni di media.... mai successa una cosa del genere....
