only one disappointed thing was I could see molds at the bathroom and the kichen. even it can easiry remove them with detergent.

There is a little black mould in kitchen, tiny bathroom, dirty bedding but was replaced when requested, room sold as a single bed and futon. It is not a futon, it is a mattress topper on the floor, very uncomfortable to sleep on, a very noisy place, you can hear everything from neighbours at very late hours. This apartment is meant for one person, not two.
