The room has a balcony, providing the opportunity to enjoy city views while drying clothes. Kitchen appliances and utensils are provided for those who wish to cook or eat in the room. The heater is powerful, quickly warming up the room after being turned on

The bathtub tends to overflow when draining water. The tap water may intermittently turn cold after using hot water for about 10 seconds. The setup of the door, door hinge, and floor height difference could potentially trigger accidents. Extra care is needed when entering or leaving the living/bedroom area. The bed is soft and somewhat collapsed but it is still okay for sleeping. Outside the accommodation, the road appears busy and narrow, shared between cars and pedestrians, which could be challenging for travelers with large or multiple luggage bags.

We were promised two beds and only had one with a mattress on the floor. Very frustrating. Also fairly far from public transportation for Japan standards but wasn't bad.

The location was very convenient, near interesting places to visit and about 15 minutes by foot from Hakata station where you can take the subway, local trains, Shinkansen and the bus to the airport. Convenient if you plan to also visit Kyushu. The place was overall nice and comfy and had everything needed: kitchen stove, kettle, microwave, hairdryer and washing machine (with detergent, no need to buy some, which is a plus, especially for a short stay).

As many people said in the comments section, mattress was terrible. I can sleep anywhere so I slept ok but for people with back issues, it would be awful. Overall, it was very satisfying and if it wasn’t for the mattress, I would recommend it.
