Sercotel El Balcón de la Bahía

Centraal gelegen, zeer goede aanbevelingen voor restaurants door de receptie, rustig gelegen, prachtig (klein) zwembad, schoonmaak tussen 12.00 en 15.00 uur dus rustig opstaan, parkeren op eigen terrein (wel reserveren), goede ontvangst met uitleg en een glaasje Cava.

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel in great position with view over city. Quiet area. Bright, clean and spacious rooms.

el trato del personal!! copita de cava de bienvenida!! el dueño del hotel una maravilla de persona todo un señor nos dio unas recomendaciones muy muy buenas!! la piscina es pequeña pero muy coqueta?! muy tranquila!!! camas cómodas y silencio absoluto!! también.tienwn toallas para la piscina y al final te dan un detallito !!

Beautifully decorated building, in a very cool residential area in Santander. It is walking distance to the waterfront and close to a number of supermarkets and cool cafes. The room was very comfortable and the large balcony was lovely. The highlight is the pool though: with its unique design, it was lovely to spend time by the pool area. And finally, the staff were great, so helpful and kind, giving us many recommendations for sightseeing and dining. I would go to Santander if only to stay there again!

It is slightly uphill but not such a problem, especially if you use the street that has an escalator.

Location good but song and dance made about offering paid parking. Constant calls and we found parking on street to be free. But may have been problematic if you had a bigger car than us as I could squeeze in.

Pushiness on parking . Let people decide if parking is a priority and make their own decision to ask for this.
