Acacia Hotel Davao

I had the perfect place to stay in Davao City—Acacia Hotel Davao. I truly enjoyed the pool, the excellent amenities, and the restaurant, which was absolutely delightful. It’s the ideal place to unwind and relax after a long day. Special thanks to Jude and Jhay for their wonderful recommendations and assistance throughout my stay. I’m definitely coming back next month!

Acacia Hotel is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at here in Davao. It’s a very convenient business hotel with excellent amenities, and the staff are exceptionally kind and accommodating. I’d like to especially commend Jude at the front desk, who assisted me efficiently during my pre-check-in, and Jhay, who kindly helped with my luggage and ensured a smooth arrival to my room.

From the moment we arrived, he took the time to thoroughly explain the hotel’s amenities and went above and beyond by recommending fantastic local dining spots here in Davao. One highlight was the Lukfoo Chinese Restaurant, where we enjoyed a memorable and elegant dinner experience. A special thank you also goes to Jude for informing us about the promotional offer—a P500 voucher that we could use at Lukfoo for a discount on our dinner. Thanks to this, my family was able to indulge in a delicious meal while enjoying significant savings. We had a wonderful stay last Saturday. My youngest son enjoyed his birthday. Thank you to front desk Leah for helping us with the birthday set-up in the room. Thank you to chef Tata for the tasty cake (Chocolate Mousse) and to Chef Joel for greeting my son on his birthday. Thank you to Ms. Mayra for a seamless check-in and to Sir Bonemie who assisted us on our Boodle fight order at the Pool Area. And for front desk alyssa in assisting us for check-out.

Stayed two night and it was enjoyable and clean. Room service was prompt and helpful. Breakfast was tasty with a good selection of food. The location is also very nice, close to the mall and not far from Chinatown and the night market.

The food and staff are amazing, such a great hotel. Also, I will definitely return next year to look for Kim at f.o. Her demeanor and level of service were excellent. Overall, the whole experience was very customer focused. Highly recommended, thank you so much!!

Proximity to malls and airport

I do really love how the staffs welcomed us especially, Emanuel, Alyssa, which showed their excellent customer care. Moreover, we were surprised as well upon entering the room with a very nice set up. Lastly, the convenience of the location of the hotel was superb since it was place in the heart of the city

They had a surprise cake prepared for my dad’s birthday, thoughtfully arranged by Ms. Van which was such a lovely touch! Staying here has always been a wonderful experience. The front desk staff, Ms. Kim and Fil, are warm and accommodating. We will definitely be coming back! whether it’s to celebrate special occasions or simply enjoy a relaxing staycation. Highly recommended!
