Acacia Hotel Davao

We had a great stay with my family, the kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was awesome so many choices and the staff are very helpful. From our arrival they welcome us warmly big thanks to the front desk team Jeesly, Kim, Julius, Alyssa and Emmanuel for assist us during our stay. Highly recommended

room- clean and spacious pool- safe also for kids. buffet- worth the price. all the staff- friendly and courteous. location- 👍 You get what you pay for . Kudos to Alyssa! She’s been very accommodating and great hotel receptionist! Thank you!

The rooms are very clean and relaxing especially the mattress, it's so comfortable. But the Tv remote in room 504 is very hard to use. Whenever we choose some another channels, it's delayed and I don't think that the battery is the problem ...

My stay was absolutely incredible from start to finish. During check in, I was warmly assisted by Juls, who was amazing and friendly. At check out, both Kim and Van were equally helpful and courteous making my departure smooth. The overall service exceeded my expectations. I will definitely comeback soon!

From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. Staffs made me feel right at home because every team member I encountered, from housekeeping named Grace, Jay An, Jolito and Johnric, went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. It's rare to find such a perfect balance of peace, comfort, and heartfelt service. I left feeling not only relaxed and recharged but genuinely cared for. I can't wait to return!

The hotel room was very spacious and clean, beds we're comfortable and view was awesome. It is an excellent place with great service and amazing staff, especially Chino and Grace, every time we met them in the hallway, they always greeted us with smiles. To the HK staff for their fantastic service, thanks a lot, Daryl, Venia and their team leaders Aizzle and Mikee. You're attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs show a level of hospitality that truly rare. The hotel room and pool was very spacious and clean, bed were comfortable and view was awesome. Would definitely recommend others to visit

We stayed at Acacia Hotel and had a pretty good experience. The staff were super friendly and made sure we were taken care of. The room was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. Plus, the location was great for exploring the area, and the breakfast had a nice variety. It was a solid stay and I'd definitely consider coming back. I had a lovely vacation with my friends at the Acacia Hotel Davao. The place was clean, quiet, and very family-friendly. Our kids enjoyed the pool, and we all loved the breakfast buffet at the front desk was kind and helpful . Overall it was a good stay , and I would consider returning in the future .Special thanks to Jay ann grace and jolito.

The best stay of my life. Juls specifically in front desk made my stay memorable. He was smiling all the time, and helped me with my check in process. The room was clean and neat. The food was good and got to experience the lounge in the 10th floor. Also kudos to Alyssa Kim and jeesly, they assisted me in my check out process. Got to claim my ring that I left in my room. Will do comeback again
