"Quaint B&B-type place, excellently located to bus stop."

The location with the bus stop steps away was a game-changer for getting around the city. I enjoyed the size of the room, comfy beds, and the included (free) breakfast. The host was very nice and accommodating too.

A breakfast that included more protein options would be nice, but what was provided was good enough. Once I figured out the shower, it was all good.

Really bad experience.

To start we waited 10 minutes outside thinking it was a scam. Then no apology for the delay for the check in. Place very dirty

Hostess was nice and informative, Breakfast was European, but nice. Place we clean and well kept

Bed was a double/full size, as advertised. but a bit tight for 2 adults. TV never worked, not a big deal, but Olympics were on and would have been nice to watch.

"Nice stay, good location"

Very good location, many great pubs around, near to Arthur’s Seat. Quite a nice stile and very well kept. Breakfasts were basic, not very Scottish, but ok for a start of the day.
