Over all great hospitality throughout our 3 nights stay Specially our hostess Sana at breakfast was great and to the point in helping. Great and peaceful location i will be back for sure in my next trip to Pakistan

The staff is amazing. The receptionist always gives warm welcome. The hotel staff like Danish, Sana from restaurant , suhail from restaurant and iftikhar are so friendly and helpful. I honestly don’t remember the names of the staff there. All of them are so good . Even the security guards and gate keepers are were respectful. I would always come and live here. This is my second home now. The hotel manager came to us and greeted us the other day. What else can you expect from hospitality point of view

There is nothing I can complain about. Everything is always so perfect. However I feel the breakfast menu needs bit changing as it hasn’t got variety of food and same menu is continued for long time

We originally booked a standard room but were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a royal suite — and it was amazing! The suite had everything: a spacious bedroom, a dining area, living room, kitchenette, and plenty of space to relax. The food was also good and added to the overall experience. Overall, we really enjoyed our time and appreciated the upgrade — just a couple of modern touches would make it perfect.

There were three areas where the experience could be improved. First, the lift is outdated, and takes too long. It was so slow that we were confused every time we used it, wondering whether it was even working. Second, there was no mini bar in the suite, which would have been a convenient addition. Third, the TVs were outdated and not smart TVs. In this day and age, especially when traveling with family, having access to streaming services like Netflix really adds value to a stay.
