This wasn’t my first stay here—I’ve stayed almost twice before. Overall, the staff is good. However, this time I had an issue when I booked on Thursday. They were not accepting my card, which caused a lot of inconvenience. The card was under my father's name, but I showed them the virtual card on my phone and explained that I had permission to use it. Still, they refused to accept it. As a result, I had to spend the night at PC Rawalpindi, which turned out to be a bad experience for me. It felt unfair and like a waste of time, especially since the card was already added to the booking system. I ended up leaving this property that day, but I returned the next day—mainly because of the positive attitude of some staff members like Zain and another gentleman whose name I unfortunately don’t remember. He was very kind and even helped me to my room, providing excellent service. One major thing that shocked me was that international cards were not accepted—this should really be looked into. Anyway, apart from that, the rest of the stay was good. The room was nice, and I truly appreciate the respectful and helpful behavior of the other staff members. Big thanks to them!

Every thing Is Good

Perfect location, perfect staff specially mentioning Anza at Front reception for her proffesional and accommodating demeanour, and Imran from the staff for facilitating during checkin and check out.

Restaurant menu doesn't sounds like Cafe ( but its direction card saying Cafe ), The hotel doesn't have ATM machine and if you need cash you have to either walk or with conveyance travel at least 4 to 5 kms for out and back. Lastly, bedroom pillows definitely needs improvement in terms of newness cum fluffiness.

The room i booked had issue so they offered business suite and that room was excellent. Clean, comfortable and the services were very good.

The location was out of the way and the area didn't seem safe. Walking on foot could be dangerous so had to hire cabs. Food no taste and expensive
