Price was too high for a room that did not warrant the cost

Such a cool, historical building! Room was super comfortable and chic. I was a little wary of there being no onsite staff, but they were very responsive via text and we had no issues whatsoever. Since this is an old building, there is no elevator so that’s something to keep in mind.

Location, quiet, clean and beautiful building

The shades didn’t block out the significant light streaming in from nearby construction and parking garage lights. Curtains are needed.

Big comfortable bed, room is well dressed.

The bathroom mirror is set so far back it's impossible to do your makeup. Then the standing mirror is by a window so you can do one side of your face. The TV is app based so you have to make a decision, no flipping. The coffee machine is pods, so wasteful. I like the concept of self check-in and minimal staff but I don't need multiple emails and text messages. Then the instructions are only partially tailored to the guest, so there's a full set of details not relevant and just make it harder to figure out what you have to do.

A unique property in the heart of the downtown.

The hotel was clean, comfy, and safe. There was great communication with the staff even though it was an invisible service hotel. Plus, the location was perfect and it was well priced. Highly recommend!

Loved the historic building and the room itself. However, something needs to be done about the undersized air conditioning unit. We were lucky it was only 70 outside because it was struggling to keep the room cool. Can’t imagine what it would have been like a few days earlier when it was near 90 and humid.

Exceptional location. They did a very good job with the restoration; it’s a beautiful historic building and the renovations are very nice. That said, it’s NOT a hotel - it’s an Airbnb. There are no dedicated staff on site, no front desk, no housekeeping during the stay, and no additional services offered on the property. The sound bleed between walls and floors is substantial to become uncomfortable during the day and to interrupt sleep significantly during the night. We didn’t have restful nights due to evening events taking place on the first floor throughout our stay. I wish they had clarified the expectations of the type of lodging they are on the Expedia description - we would have known what to expect or chosen a different location to celebrate a romantic getaway.
