My stay was for Nov 10 & 11. For a room with 2 indivial beds. When we got to the hotel, we were told that they ran out of rooms with 2 beds, but that we could have 2 separate rooms for the same price, but the rooms were on the 2nd floor with no elevator. I agreed in spite of the fact that I am 85 years old, and cliaming a double staircase was something I was not looking forward to. I conquered the staircase, and everything was OK. When I got home and contacted my credit card to see my account charges, Serurubele was charging double for the rooms. I told the credit card that was wrong, and I was disputing those charges.

Nothing was either exceptional or bad.
