we had a blast the staff was amazing

Staff was very helpful...there's enough space for parking.

There was no hot water had to take a bath with cold water. TV was not working. There's a limited WiFi also.

Unser Zimmer Nr. 1 war der Strasse abgewandt und sehr ruhig. Alle Sanitären Einrichtungen funktionierten einwandfrei. Die Türen werden mit einer Karte geöffnet, respektive geschlossen. Das Restaurant im Hotelgelände bereitet ein schmackhaftes Frühstück à la carte. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Pas d’eau chaude, plomberie délabrée, au milieu d’un bidon ville, restaurant fermé avant l’heure car pas de client nous avons pleuré pour avoir un bol de riz.

Pool was not cleaned

Nothing at all except for the bed which helped us to rest on .

The swimming pool was dirty, they did not offer to clean it for us. Outside toilets were dirty , the Wi-Fi was bad .

Location easy to find

Overpriced for what the property offers. No backup system for load shedding, it’s very basic for that price compared to other places I have used in the similar range of this facility

Secure, accesible, clean.

Walking up the stairs with luggage, some assistance would go a long way. Parking is also 20/30 meters from reception. The bathroom does not have a window(opening) or extractor
