"I would not go back or recommend this place."

The room was big.

The pool area was poorly kept, all public areas needed some care, it looked like a derelict property in places, concierge was not very helpful, bar was very poorly stocked, old broken chairs lying about at the indoor pool area. it would not cost a lot of money to clean the place up, and make it a bit more welcoming!

The staff are helpful and provide great support to make the stay an exceptional one, especially Ms Sao Quang Ninh. Breakfast was sumptuous and was served in time before we left for our cruise tour. There is a wide range of tv channels available.
