Great location, and great view from the balcony. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Toiletries were not enough, I requested for a shower gel a few times, over the phone, and in person, but there wasn't any response. But overall, the stay was pleasant.

The room was exactly like on the photos! Nice and clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool was also ok, not the best view though due to the location. The air-conditioning was working fine.

We did not expect that the kitchen and all the utensils will be for extra charge, it was quite strange. It is not in the touristic area, which we should have checked before booking.

- Very close to the center. - Was given a whole suite for the price of a hotel room. It came with a dining table, cooking set and living area. - Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is a very nice and modern hotel in Ha Long, the room was very big - two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a living room, nice swimming pools, reception staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, but the choice coild be bigger, the rooftop swimming pool has a great panorama view.
