Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Halong Bay View

We were a little diappointed with the facilities for dinner. A large space, we were the only ones there ant it took a long time to get our meal.

Location was great and property was well maintained

Breakfast arrangements

The view from the pool was Nice, in the usabel 5 hours og the day, that they choose to have it open.

The breakfast was not there but funny enough i was able to pay for it. I Could choose a pho worth 0,2$ dollar and a yoghurt from the supermarked worth 0,1 $. The pool was open 2 times a day, in weird hours. The staff was very rude. Booking has the hotel describet as 2 bathrooms, but the hotel had a lock on the other bathroom and wanted money to open it.

The reception staff were friendly and the room was very comfortable.

The breakfast was the worst we have ever had. So bad that after the first day we ate elsewhere.

The pool was closed for most of the day everyday. The reason we selected this property was because the kids love to swim The breakfast was atrocious we ordered both Asian and European sets. The food was cold and not cooked through. Some items appeared to have been cooked days earlier. The coffee was also cold. Very disappointing

The rooms and comfort

Pool was closed. chef went home at 9 pm

2 swimming pools, 1 roof top with a nice view, 1 indoor at 2nd floor. Our children have really liked. family room is nice with modern furnitures, living room, clean, nice view to Ha Long bay, Sun wheel and green mountain, really relax. We have private cars and we can go to any sightseeing easily, just few km.

It looked great from the outside and the view from the pool was good
