Not much breakfast option for vegetarians !

Staff was not helpful

Customer service was poor, we tried to use laundry service and was very poor! Lost some of our things and nearly didn’t get it in time before leaving despite communicating with them what time they would have it to us by. Room wasn’t opening, no hot water, blocked drain in the shower.

The location is near famous local food and market

The hotel is not well managed. The staff is less and hard to call to reception. It should be clear that the apartment can cook but the fee is pretty high. Our family book this because we expect to have our own cook. Otherwise, the furniture is likely old and the smell in room is uncomfortable. The wyndham name is not related. I feel like I hire an old building. The price is high with this poor service

The water is cold and could not get warmer

We don't like everything, the staff, location, rooms, service, ppl are rude , don't know English, they're dog in the hotel, driver was sleeping white driving very frustrated, disappointed

The staff were friendly and we used google translate to communicate with each other. We enjoyed the indoor pool. Our suite was clean and spacious too. A very grand lobby area with comfy sofas and open spaces.

Nothing wrong with the property. Unfortunately the area of the hotel didn’t suit our needs so we left early to be in the more central part of Ha Long Bay.

This is a horrible property. There was no electricity for 5 hours every evening. There was no breakfast kept ready even after providing all the information before. The hotel also serves as an apartment building and there was so much crowd in the lobby and and just not even close to the ambiance of a Ramada or Whyndam

Nothing was upto mark. Except for the room which was okay. There was service, no wifi, no electricity, no breakfast ( even after paying for 6 people for 3 days) nothing like a hotel at all... best to avoid. The staff isn't english speaking and no one could really help or support.

The apartment was spacious and neat. Loads of TV channels to watch. Breakfast menu and actual food was good.

When we arrived the entire hotel was on blackout with limited lighting. Our apartment lights were not functioning. I had to tell the Porto to get our room lights on. He could not speak English. The gym which is advertised was not there. The pool was shut for month's .
