The staff were very helpful

The facilities (Gym & indoor pool) not many of the electric exercise machines in the gym weren't working properly. The pool was cold, it was advertized a a heated pool.

your staff deserves a raise. we are from USA and best service we ever had.

The listing is a complete scam. The swimming pool is always under construction. The breakfast was not a buffet breakfast and they made us choose a dish and it was served cold.

The suite we had was good but it could of been cleaned better.

We were told after check in that there was no food available, even room service due to a party. We would not have checked in if we were told this before hand. Staff can't speak English very well and didn't want to help with anything even getting them to call a taxi seemed like it was too hard. Very poor experience. Expected much more. Very disappointing I would never stay there again.

The rooms were clean and comfortable with all necessities. Although we did ask for extra cups and they had to fix the safes twice. The location was not really an issue - grabs were easy and there were a few things to do on that side of the bridge

It was really a serviced apartment building that had spare rooms for short term stays. The staff could not help with tours or information, but were very pleasant. The breakfast was very average and was only really a convenience. While there were 2 pools neither allowed opportunities to unwind around the pool - no drinks etc allowed

The property is east to find and the pool area is cool, looks out over the town.

The lobby area was so hot and stuffy they never had the air-conditioner on. Staff were on their phones when we would go up to the counter and would take a while to notice us, the staff member in the breakfast room was asleep at the desk. The breakfast foods were stale and the eating area was very dirty, as well as the other main restaurant on the ground floor being closed throughout our whole stay. There were not many food options close by so have to walk to find somewhere to eat. The location is further away then we expected it to be from the bay. The apartment itself has a good layout for two couples, two rooms and two bathrooms but it needed a deep clean. The whole hotel seems to need a deep clean and some love as it definitely has the bones to be a beautiful hotel but it almost feels like it is run down and not cared for.
