Quiet Room Around York University Subway

It was very dirty and moldy in the washroom and closet was full of junk and dirt

Nice quiet place. Had an enjoyable balcony on 3rd floor.

When I originally rented through hotels.com, I did not realize this was a guest house. That means the bathroom and shower stall were shared. The inexpensive pricing reflected this.

'quiet room' is appropriate only you're talking about inside the room itself if you're not making any noise but one can hear people upstairs outside the door and the vehicles and people outside. Bring your ear plugs your good sleeper or get there on it very quiet night. Also even though the description says there is no after hours check in, there actually is you just have to contact them for the code. As far as cleanliness the room bed and sheets wereand desk and the shower had this cute little bundle of hair for the time I was there it was kind of like my pet creature in the shower stall. Finally as far as my interactions with the staff I thought they were very friendly and attentive to when I called even when it was past 1:00 in the morning night before I arrived.

The host is very nice and polite

Best place ever, very welcoming staff, rooms perfect, excellent lighting, bedings are perfect.

Room was ok but had a little bit of a bad smell, like feet smell, maybe some air refreshened will help. Bathroom was not clean disgusting!

This property was just what I needed for a short stay. Very clean and close to public transit stops. There’s Walmart close by.
