A localização é excelente, pertinho da cidade baixa e orla do Guaíba. O local é muito bem equipado, com salas de jogos, cozinha, mercado, sofas e etc.

Tava tudo bem direitinho. So faltou secador de cabelo (acho que existia), um travesseiro mais confortável e a água por vezes não estava tão quente.

Péssimo! Fiz a reserva, foi pago no cartão de crédito e não consegui usar. Exigem que utilize um aplicativo que não funciona. Várias pessoas estavam no local e também não conseguiam acessar o serviço.

"Boa localização e ótimas instalações."

Excelente apartamento e prédio com muitas facilidades (máquinas de lavar e secar com preço acessível, academia, terraço, mercadinho). Gostei da cozinha, da cama e dos móveis. Tudo excelente!

Faltou pano de prato, a TV poderia ser mais nova e a iluminação do quarto melhor. Também tive que chamar a manutenção para a cortina que arrebentou. Fora isso tudo certo!
