O aplicativo para abrir o porta externa e interno não funcionou , fiquei aguardando do lado de fora em lugar suspeito até um solucao e após entrar pensava duas vezes para sair pra rua novamente para não passar por essa situação novamente. Sugestão: check-in e acesso facial talvez agilizar se é procedimento.

Gym facilities are poor and equipment is old and badly maintained. Guests on the 6th floor had a party and left their doors opened to come and go as they pleased.

The location is good and the room was big. The bed was comfortable, great mattress.

If someone has no internet for some reason, the keys won't be accessible from the app. Also the app was slow and at times glitchy. My booking has a mistake, and i had two different rooms booked at the same period. Rooms 805 and 809. There could be a bit more light downstairs. At least one person at reception to help with the rest of automated check-in details. There could be some posters with help at the reception, on how to get at taxi etc. There could be some more clear information on how to use the laundry and coworking space, other than on the app.
