チェックインの時間が遅くまで対応して頂き大変助かりました。また、朝食の方も付いておりその日の予定を食べながらスタッフさんと話すことができ楽しい旅行にできました。

特になかったです。

一泊のみで初めての利用でしたが、ここに泊まれてよかったと思える宿泊施設でした。 チェックイン後に困ることを無くすために、対面で接客し、シャワー室、トイレ、寝室等の場所まで誘導していただけるサービスがあり、とても助かりました。 人と人との繋がりを大切にしていただける宿泊施設ですので、宿泊先としてお勧めできる施設です。

It was a little far from sapporo station but very easy to get around, convenience store across the street and the station was a short walk away. It was very clean and comfortable, Yoshie San was wonderful, she made me feel very welcomed. There were extra amenities like a hairdryer and even a hair straightener.

There wasn’t anywhere in the room to store belongings. The cubicles for the beds were quite wide and there was extra space on the floor for my things, but it would have been nice to have a locked locker to put personal items/valuables as well as a few items. Yoshie San was nice enough to give me a free upgrade to a 4 person mixed dormitory, I was alone. But as a solo traveler, if there were other people with me I might have felt hesitant about leaving my belongings out. Not just valuables but also hygiene materials, underwear, etc.

よしえさん待人親切，很感謝她三天的照顧。 沒有電梯，但是よしえさん會協助搬行李，因為來打工度假的關係行李大概快25 KG但她還是幫我搬上又搬下二樓，真的很感謝。 床偏硬，但我很喜歡，每天都睡得很好。 共用衛浴是乾濕分離，洗澡很方便。 雖然離札幌電車車程大概20分鐘沒有特別近，但這裡很寧靜、很舒適。 附近有藥妝店、LAWSON、7-11、投幣洗衣店，最近的車站有AEON整體很方便。

The guesthouse is not far from the Minami Hiragishi eki. The bed is comfortable. The shower is relaxing and soothing. The most impressive is the hospitality and warmth from the owner, Yoshie san. She offers toasts and a cup of coffee and green tea as refreshing breakfast. No elevator, but Yoshie san can help with my luggage. I enjoyed two good night stays in Sapporo. The first and best choice is OYADO guesthouse.

Nothing to complain.
