OYO Hotel Kings at Clovis

Called ahead to make sure a 1st floor room was available. “Yes” she said, they have plenty. We arrived about 7:30pm, & front desk said no 1st floor rooms, yet we see 20 plus unoccupied rooms. Upstairs steps are covered with snow, which are dangerously slippery. Spent an hour going back & forth with Hotels.com & OYO front desk woman walking to & from our truck. H.com said the hotel would credit the charge within 24 hours. It is now 24 hours later, & I still have not been credited.

There was blood on the sheets. The shower was falling out of the wall. It was so nasty dirty

Blankets were stained. Staff was friendly but area felt unsafe.

This is a great place to stay. My family and I felt very safe and comfortable and it is a great location. Not only that the staff is extremely nice and more than accommodating!

Low price, desk clerk helpful.

No roadside sign, poor outdoor lighting, door key didn't work well, no TV service, no Wi-Fi service, street and train noise intrusive, bathroom remodel not great. Why wasn't I informed the motel was undergoing renovations?

I went to check in hotel was NOTHING like the pictures! Rooms were not ready, buildings were run down, front desk was closed up behind glass!! I was asked to return in about one hour! I did not as I was afraid for my wellbeing! No one to talk to about this issue and was told no refund!! I wouldn’t send an animal to stay there! Gross, unsafe, rundown and shouldn’t be in business!!!
