Location, comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, spacious, close to amenities and cafes/restaurants

No signage to identify property or apartment - not even local people knew location of apartment. 4 keys needed to enter and leave apartment but only 1 set provided. No details of local facilities for shops, maps, taxis etc or actions to be taken in case of emergencies. Wifi codes only provided upon request. No details or instructions provided to control central heating Only 2 wine glasses provided in an apartment for 5. No easy exit in case of fire or other emergency. Bedroom facing street was very noisy

Location very central, very clean property.

The face towel smelled a bit musty and we couldn't get the iron to fit into the socket - could have been our fault.

The stairs to get to the apartment were a bit dark. Also, the coffee machine did not seem to work, we all tried, but could not get it going. One of the bathroom doors had its handles coming off, something should be done to fix them.

The location is perfect, the house itself is spacious and comfortable. Host is helpful, contact before was good and also he speaks English.

the location was very good, central to everything. It was quite and spacious.

There was no elevator, there were 54 steps!

the apartment is in a great central location, it’s secure, clean and spacious. the kitchen has everything you could need and the cot we requested was large and comfortable, our baby slept very well.
