very unclean. there is almost never anyone in the hall. they cannot help solve problems related to the hotel. everything stinks. the heater does not work well and gives off a bad smell. I was cleaning for 11 nights and it was never cleaned. when we arrived, the room was not ready

The price did not match the price on website. They advertised a 100.00 discount but when I arrived the clerk told me that they did not participate with the discount advertised.

This place was an absolute joke dirty as hell blue tv couldnt even watch it front desk never cane to look at it and i asked for new room stayed at my ex house 2 nights cause no one at counter and left key in room

Easy drive to AGH

Filthy.. looks like the carpets in the halls were never swept/ all you smell is weed in the halls .. sheets were stained. Anyone can walk in off the street after hours there’s no attendant and no key card to get in,,

I did make remarks on the website. It was nothing like the picture you show here! It was dirty, only got clean sheets once, with no pillow cases. We asked for clean towels and was told we had to wash the ones we had. We found out days later that the worker couldn't offer clean towels because his manager was standing there! No chair or sofa in the room, no pots & pans or dishes, only 2 old electric burners for a stove, there was no oven. Huge potholes, especially when leaving. Would never recommend anyone to stay there!

They said the room was premium it did not give premium at all. Our sheets were dirty. the floor was dirty. there was mold in the vents. The water pressure was off for the shower. The toilet ran all night. We asked for a house keeper or cleaning supplies and was told house keeper came once a week and we couldn’t use cleaning supplies so had to go out my way to buy my own. Sadly couldn’t cancel the room cause of work so had to deal with it for the week. unfortunately I would’ve cancelled and asked for my money back immediately.
