It was clean and close to work.

The air conditioning sounded like a chainsaw cutting through steel. The toilet ran constantly and made noise. I told the staff but nothing was done. They still haven’t refunded my $50 deposit.

Room was very comfortable. Bed was five-star. Bathroom and shower also were excellent.

corridor was dirty. Linens were left outside other guest rooms for three days. Front desk service was either non-existent or unhelpful.

the room smells terrible, the toilet was leaking and making noise the whole day and night, and the bathtub drainage was rusty and looked terrible. The pictures in the advertisement make you thing you will find a new place and in reality, it looks really different.

The room was disgusting, clearly hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. There were bodily fluids on the wall, floors were very dirty, and spider webs everywhere. We stayed one night, and that was too much. We are still waiting on a 1600$ refund for the rest of the reservation.

They had vending machines with a good variety of choices

No refills on toiletries Or other curtisies you'd get from other hotels No policy if you have to leave early due to a special circumstance. Like family emergency
