Miti Dello Stretto B&B

The location is perfect in the center of Messina but there are not many restaurants which are open in February. The room was ok with a very comfortable bed. The bathtub was nice 👍.

Overpriced! The place looks like a hostel but the price is like for a private apartment. The kitchen was messy - the fridge was full of bottles which you can buy but you don't have space for your own things (look at the photo). There were not many plates, the glasses were dirty. If you wanted to clean dishes you can use only a dishwasher there was no washing sponge. There were many things in the kitchen that you can buy but mixed with other things so you didn't know what to buy and what is offered for free. The coffee is not for free (look at the photo) Generally the impression of the place wasn't good and however the room is ok I don't recommend the place. The Messina is not a touristic place and I would recommend visiting the city for a couple hours and taking a train to Catania. There are much cheaper and better places to stay, even with a bathtub.

B&B was very comfortable. The only thing which could be bettwr, was breakfast. It was only dry toasts, marmelade and coffee.

Nice location, not far to walk from the port. We were there a very short time. Bed could have been a bit more comfy, otherwise an awesome place with great communal facilities and lovely personal bathroom. Responsive host

Bed, but still fairly good

The room is very clean and spacious. There is a nice lobby and terrace to drink coffee. The staff is nice and welcoming

A little bit far from the centet

It was in a great location because we were walking everywhere but if you wanted to do a tour and you just walk two blocks down and catch your tour buses

Just remember when you're renting an apartment you have to supply your own toilet paper, toiletries, and laundry soap
