Clean, new, and comfortable room. The staff are helpful and friendly. Check-in and check-out are easy. Communication with the manager is easy and helpful.

The kitchen is shared, not every room has a balcony, and the photos were a bit misleading for us. I think the description is not detailed enough. Check the room and its conditions carefully, and keep in mind that the kitchen and large refrigerator are shared.

"convenient good & noisy"

it was very convenient especially if you wanted to continue onwards from the port, across to mainland or to aeolian island & easy walking to explore Messina which is fantastic city it is also above a hertz office so you can collect a car underneath

it is between two big roads extremely busy & no access to sea area of port to sit or watch the water pressure was fabulous but the drainage not so, owner/staff there in main area to help in the mornings
