Extremely loud HVAC noise day and night coming from the roof of the building, right into your room. Windows have no sound isolation.Only way to sleep is with earplugs. Roof window leaks when it rains. Dirty carpet. Dark room, not much light, completely different than the nice online pictures. I complained about the noise on the day of arrival, and asked for change of room or cancellation. They quickly sent someone to fix my airco, but the noise is from the building which they couldn’t fix. Three days later I asked again and was informed all other rooms are full and cannot cancel. Sorry to say, but this was a horrible stay, don’t go here!!!!

This location is right in the heart of the lively Del Ray neighborhood. The building itself is quiet and clean. I really enjoyed the neighborhood ambience, The room itself was pleasantly furnished and comfortable, I liked being able to walk everywhere. I would definitely stay there again!

There are many steps, both from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor However there's also a step into and out of bathroom. The room was clean except for a left over creamer, and used coffee in the machine.

Loved the location. Lots of restaurants and things to do within walking distance - Del Ray market on Saturday was fun to walk through. Unit we stayed in was very comfortable. Bed was amazing. I slept so well. It was also nice to have a parking spot on site. No street parking. Close to my daughter. She lives about 6 blocks from here. Perfect place to stay

We are visiting the east coast from Arizona and I must say, this property was everything! The property was perfect for my husband and I. We were definitely a bit nervous to see there were ear plugs by the bed side, but we never needed them the area was so quiet and peaceful they also had a sound machine by the bed side that was a huge plus in my book. Check in to the property was so easy. You walk out the front door and you are walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, bars and so much more! I do tend to get nervous in new neighborhoods ive never been to, but ive never felt more safe and secure in an unknown place. I hope you love dogs because every bar/restaurant has humans with their dog's. It was so AWESOME. Definitely 10/10. The price was also very reasonable forthe 4 nights. A must stay if you are in the area. In case anyone likes to gamble the MGM casino is about a 12min drive from the property.

This property is located in a beautiful neighborhood with plenty of food and drink options. The room was spacious, clean, with modern furniture. I was only there for a night but with a full kitchen in the unit, I can easily see myself staying longer next time I’m visiting the area again. I especially enjoyed the keyless access to the building and my room.

Room was shabby and worn out. Needs a refresh desperately. Value for money lacking considering poor condition of room.

We loved how family/dog friendly the area was. Very walkable and uber/lyft service into the city was fast and affordable.
