Loved the room and the area. Only glitch: hard to work the TV. Insignia system. Couldnt figure out how to get the regular channels.

keyless entry easy, nice to have free parking i lot behind building, room was cozy with well-equipped kitchen

Decent for what we paid, but not as clean as I would have liked. There were various hairs on the bedding and the towels. Love the restaurants and shops in such close proximity.

Liked the location. It's right in downtown Delray. Walkable to restaurants and shops.

DO NOT STAY IN RM 2! You will hear ALL the street noice. It was HORRIBLE. You could hear every frikkin time the front door to the building front open and close!! Be aware it's an old building and windows aren't double paned. Originally, our reservation was for another room away from the street (Rm 16) and they switched our room. I believe we arrived late and the ones before us also did not like the street noise.

Loved the location! And the property was really clean and at a great price. I will definitely stay here again.

Location was fantastic. In the heart of Del Ray. Room was perfect for a three night stay.

For my family visit location is perfect. Lots of restaurants and a nearby farmers market. Studio apartment was well equipped, spacious and clean. Communication was great. When I had a comment about the tv setup, the response was positive an immediate. Will definitely stay there again

Fabulous location, centered in the popular Del Ray section of Alexandria. More of a boutique hotel than a more traditional stay, their model of close communication through technology worked well for us. All and all a welcoming and fun place to stay.
