PM78 Boutique Apartments

Departamento amplio, moderno, muy cómodo. Hermoso balcón con hermosas vistas al mar. Buen aire acondicionado, todo en general. Hasta toallas para la playa te proveen. A tener en cuenta, tiene escaleras para subir hasta el Depto. A nosotros no nos costó pero no tiene para que suba alguien con movilidad reducida.

En la planta baja hay una pileta y una mini playita con sillas que pensé que era de uso común. De haberlo sabido que no era así, alquilaba la planta baja, ya que tenía vista, pileta y mini playita. Pero en general hermoso departamento.

La ubicación.

No tenía acceso a la piscina y no respondían rápido las preguntas.

Het was te donker bij het toilet en de douch! Dus lichtje plaatsen zou mooi zijn. Ook zou ik zelf voor wit toilet kiezen, meer hygiëne.

Walking distance to the city centre. Most of the time available parking at the street. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Apartment layout not convenient as it might look on pictures: aircondition right above the bed, too much light coming from the street, useless wardrobe and mini bar (door hard to open) and broken safe. Smart lock mounted on the balcony door looks like it can break at any moment.

El depto es una PB de una casa de 3 pisos en total. Solo alquilamos la planta baja. Es un lugar muy espacioso con dos cuartos en suite. Aparte tiene un toilette, cuarto de limpieza (con elementos de limpieza y lava/secarropas), un living-cocina muy grande y zona externa con pileta y salida al mar. La cocina es muy completa. Toda la casa estaba muy limpia cuando llegamos (mismo la pileta). La zona de afuera incluye mesa para comer, una pequeña barra, pileta, 4 reposeras; dos palapas (sombrillas de paja + 4 sillas) que están frente al mar. Está casa es un sueño!!!! La super recomiendo. Por otro lado, está muy bien ubicada, a 10 minutos caminando del puente Emma, o sea, de buena parte de la vida nocturna de Curaçao, y a pocos metros de varios restaurantes que hay en esa zona. Hay un supermercado a 4 cuadras y el mercado de frutas y farmacia a 5. Toda la casa tiene aire acondicionado que funciona perfecto. (Aclaro: los baños de las habitaciones no tienen puertas pero el toilette si).

Lo único que pudimos encontrar es que los cuchillos no cortan; están desafilados 😁. La casa nos resultó divina y muy cómoda.

Not much comunication with the staff though... so It was not clear the access to the pool ... During the reservation before we got there

The suite was spacious, beds comfortable, AC in good working order. Kitchen was adequate for whatever meal prep you might like to do, and there was a nice sitting area inside. Location was good for walking just about everywhere you might want to go in Willemstad. Housekeeping staff were great with answering questions that management didn’t bother responding to.

Communication (or lack thereof) from management was abysmal. Did not respond to numerous text messages. No one there to greet us. Had to phone manager to get code for lockbox for the gate key, our unit number/location and door code. Lots of stairs to get in and then up to top floor, which was not mentioned in the advertising for this place. Not for the faint of heart if you have a heavy suitcase, or have mobility issues. Front garden could have been better tended; looked like it could use a lot of TLC. Pictures showed a pool with implication it was for all guests, when in fact it was for the exclusive use of the guests in the ground floor unit. Information book is in Dutch only - not helpful if you don’t speak Dutch.

We thought the pool would be available for us, but it’s available only if you book a specific room. If we would’ve known at the time of booking we would have chose differently. Location is good, we had a car to go to the beach.

Excellent location for local restaurants and good highway access
