PM78 Boutique Apartments

We had a terrible experience with this property. It seems like there were many good reviews, but unfortunately, we had to deal with the owner. Upon arriving, the keys were left dangling by the gate in an unsecured, open lockbox. We began to enter the yard, and the housekeeper brought us up to a room. After about 1.5 hours, the housekeeper came to us with the owner on her phone. He was saying we were in the incorrect room. No apology. He basically blamed us for not realizing we were in the incorrect room. We began to pack our bags. We were very upset and he showed up later at the door. He had liquor on his breath and continued to blame us for not knowing which room to take, took no responsibility for the housekeeper showing us to the wrong room or the unsecured keys being left outside. There was no offer of compensation for our troubles or any apology. We asked for a refund, but no. We did not feel safe staying and left. He also demanded that we leave in five minutes. The room itself was decent for 1.5 hrs we were there. Not top quality clean. It was missing soap in the bathroom. One of the sinks was broken. The kitchen was a little grungy.

Lighting was out in living room lamp and bathroom.

Lovely apartment in a great location in Curacao. Easy self check-in. We had the apartment with the view on the street. For us is ok, cause we were always outside. It is a quiet area. The apartment has everything and fully equipped kitchen. Pietermaai is kind of a new fast developing area with many restaurants, bars and various establishments within walking distance to the center of Curaçao.

Location is perfect, the room is nice and the bathroom is very good.

By the photos, I figure there was a swimming pool, but it is actually private just for one apartment. They clean the apartment once a week, which was ok for me, just saying to ppl know .

The location was ok a quick walk to shopping area with easy access to restaurants etc
