Merci à la femme de ménage pour avoir changer nos coussins ðès notre arrivée

Personnel de l'accueil : non chalant sans explication claire, qui s'en fou des clients Pas d'isolation du bruit et thermique : porte qui laisse le jour et chaleur. Bruit des voitures en continu car pas isolé (proximité autoroute) Chambre très sale/dangereuse : 3 petits cafards vivants, du verre cassé dans la douche, des poils et cheveux des notre arrivée dans la salle de bain, des coussins et draps sales avec des traces
