Staff was great. Room was ok as far as cleanliness and location was convenient.

Extremely loud furniture moving noises at all hours above us. It would interfere with our sleep.

The location was fine, not too far from the airport IAH. Very clean and large room, large clean parking lot with beautiful greenery around.

There was no breakfast at all. How the light switches worked was a bit complicated, also wrong instructions regarding getting the TV working.

"Nicely remodeled"

Room was nice and clean. We were able to check in early which was nice. Shower was super nice; water pressure great! There was porn when we turned on the TV which I found hilarious (also a plus)

Could have had more pillows and a comforter on the bed instead of thin sheet. But i also understand it is TX so its always hot and moist there.
