"Exceptional"

Nice place, but a bit too noisy for us. We were on the second floor, and at 3am it sounded as if someone was assembling beds and furniture, and we could hear people talking and laughing as if they were in our room. The young man working the front desk was so kind and polite-he excelled at customer service. Besides the noise, it was nice.

This was such a wonderful experience! Such a surprise. I give this place an A plus! Someone had a vision to restore this amazing building into this upscale, wonderful, unique place to stay. My only disappointment was no claw footed tub :-). But truly a great place for a rest! Quality linens too. You could walk to downtown. Will stay again on our way through.
