The facility was ok

The staff tried to cancel my reservation, and they were rude, and they said they couldn't solve my issue until the manager got there, but the manager got there late even though I made the reservation online.

"It was a marvelous stay."

Its location, right in the center of the city. The hotel is in a converted old hacienda that once, before 1945 when they converted it into the hotel, was a soft drink factory. Beautifully managed and upkept gardens inside the inner patio provide calm feeling of safety and peace as well as guard you against the street noise. I will return.

No glasses in the rooms. I don’t like drinking water from plastic bottles. I’d recommend changing these bottles into glass decanters with drinking water.
