"I came, I saw, but they conquered my heart."

The staff is incredibly warm and helpful; they always made me feel welcome. The location in central S. Juan del Rio is ideal. Hotel Layseca might be the best hotel deal I've ever had.

Nothing to criticize. I am completely satisfied.

Amazingly tranquil ambience right in the centre of town. Very comfortable bed with lovely linens. Parking very secure within the inner courtyard of the hotel itself.

Todo muy bien sólo traigo un tema del cobro de la primera noche que no sabemos si expedía se lo pago al hotel o no? A mi me aparece el cargo en la tarjeta el día que reserve pero cuando llegue pague la noche y ahora no se si me la cobrarán dos veces. El hotel me dice que es probable tenga que verlo con expedía y eso será complicado.

Excelentes instalaciones, pésima política de cobrar hora extra por salir a las 13 hrs . echan a perder una agradable estancia por "políticas" absurdas

Me gusto. Solo revisar detalles de limpieza sobre todo en la cama con el polvo sobre la cabecera. Una fuga de agua en el baño que reporte y que no servia la TV por lo demás me gusto el lugar
