Es gab ein Problem mit unserer Buchung, diese wurde nicht ins System übertragen und wir wurden in ein Partnerhotel einquartiert. Herr Falk ist uns entgegen gekommen und hat die Situation unkompliziert gelöst.

Die Rezeption ist nur am Morgen besetzt, beim einchecken liegen die Schlüssel bereit. Die meisten Gäste bevorzugen aber noch immer menschlichen Kontakt, und Informationen zu Frühstück etc.

Sehr gute Lage, feines Frühstück, Zimmer mit Balkon.

Die ganze Atmosphäre sehr unpersönlich, wenig liebevoll. Reinigungspersonal sehr unfreundlich. Frühstücksraum sehr dunkel. Wäre schön, wenn Gäste persönlich empfangen würden und wieder etwas mehr Leben ins Haus käme.
