The way it smelled and it was 86 degrees in the house, however the host moved us to another rental the next day.

"Very Good"

The kitchen, living room and back porch all being right there together. The area under house. Being close to beach. The size of house. Plenty of seats for all of us.

Bugs- weird bugs in bathroom and bedroom. Ants. Didn’t see right away but by the time we left I had seen a few.

It had a shower outside

There was bugs, chunks of floor missing, the table was so sticky, no oven pans, it smelled, it needs repairs, the AC is broke, the hot water burned us.

We really loved everything about this place,,it was very spacious,very clean,plenty of dishes m,extra cover and all and very close to beach,,we would definitely love to stay hear again next year

Distance from the ocean was amazing, clean and cool ready to unpack and stay.

Small things like the toaster and the rinse off shower didn’t work but everything else was fantastic.

"It was okay but not the best."

First of all it said Beach front and it wasn’t you had to walk quite a ways to the beach. The door lock wasn’t working when we got there on Monday and it was 2 days before anyone came to fix it and the air conditioning wasn’t working very well and some things inside and outside really needs to be updated and fixed. The deck had nails sticking up out of it. There were black bugs all over the kitchen and bathroom they had spray under the sink for that but still. The floors needed swept and mopped and the ice maker didn’t work and there was only 1 trash bag for the whole week stay. I understand about the sand but my granddaughters little feet were black from just walking across the floor.The house was nice but several things needed work for the price I didn’t feel it was that great of a deal. But we did enjoy going to all the surrounding Beaches that were all within 2 hours of us.

"Pleasant"

The location and being out of the heavy tourist areas was good. It was a quiet area which met our need for a family gathering.

The ice maker did not work, and there were no bath clothes . There was only 1 trash bag, and we needed more. The A/C was not sufficient. The temperature reached 80 degrees Saturday afternoon and was uncomfortable.
