Location is excellent - really close to the station. Very comfortable beds Showers were good Washing machines available Near the mall

Need a water cooler/heater More comfortable chairs in the lounge area Not ask guests to remove their bedding No AC in the bathroom

Great location, especially if you want to do daytrips from Kyoto like I did. Clean facilities, there is a lounge where you can meet other travellers. Great price-quality ratio.

If you want to be more downtown Kyoto I would perhaps look for north of the Central Station or in the Gion district. For me this was perfect though.

We had a great time at this hostel with the staff, they were more exciting than the guests and very accommodating. We took one of the staff out to dinner, was great because she could just order for us, her English was very good and she translated in Japanese for us. The beds were really comfy The shower room was excellent had a bath one night The best hostel I have stayed in and I've travelled the world

Come to think of it there was nothing I didn't like

I liked that they provide us with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

I think they could provide one free towel per day. Most hostels do so I was a little surprised they didn't.

Wide bed, good facilities, near Kyoto statin and aeon mall

Only one floor for bath room
