The owner was so nice!

The meat in the morning was very nice and the place was clean.

The price was great. Clean nice room with great breakfast.

We were greeted by our friendly host, who kindly stored our luggage for us, and given very detailed instructions on the stay beforehand with good communication and guides to finding the place. The house was a small walk from Funabashi station and from convenience stores and the restaurant area. The place was very well stocked with kitchen equipment and good for longer stays, and very clean. It's quite a high loft and ladder to get up to the bed so not suitable for those with mobility issues, but the ceiling was actually quite high even on the loft, which was good.

The mattress and mattress cover was a little thin, but it was not too big of an issue overall. The house is next to the train tracks so you will need to close all windows for soundproofing, otherwise you will be able to hear and feel the train going by, but the hosts have done what they can to help with this.

Place is very clean and comfortable

Need to climb stairs. But we are okay. No issue

The rooms were very clean and it had everything I could need during my stay. The breakfast that was provided tasted great and was very convenient.

Check-in was easy and quick. We arrived early and the host kept luggage for us.
