Please inform Sonder at Solis in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding the guest stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note, the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no cable. We have provided a Roku for streaming. We have a maximum 28-night stay. We welcome dogs for an additional fee

Just a great self contained property. Parking was next door but expensive. The area was nice and the rooftop garden was great. I'd recommend this property.

The place was in a prime location close to good restaurants and has an amazing view from the roof. The place was clean and modern and the customer service was responsive.

There was a washing machine but it ruined our clothes so I wouldn’t recommend. The dryer took a really long time to dry our clothes, causing us to run several cycles. The fire on the roof wasn’t working and the staff was very responsive about it but let us know that it was not running due to the off season. The AC and heat were also hard to use and the apartment was very warm.

"Exceptional"

Great apartment in a great location. Very clean and well maintained. Super neoghborhood close to lots of shopping and dining. Easy to get everywhere. Communication and process was easy. No check-out duties, you just leave everything as is and they take care of it. A couple of things to keep in mind. Parking is not provided and can be a hassle. We found street parking every night but it was not always easy. The area is vibrant which can also mean a bit loud on a Friday or Saturday night.

"Good,clean room but 2.5km from downtown & waterfront - uphill on the way home when we’re tired!"

Quiet, clean - washing machine & dryer

Could not access the tv - it kept signing us out before we started. Kitchen sink was blocked, as was the shower

Clean place, spacious, quiet. Full fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer!! Bed was a little hot but that can be forgiven! Elysian brewery across the street.
