Size of the room.

Do not have a dark curtain. Storming sound from an upstairs neighbour.

The location was excellent with Supermarket a few blocks away and surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Easy walk to downtown.

Nothing.

The unit was beautiful and clean, with easy/clear instructions on how to get in. I got there early thinking I had early check in and my codes weren’t working, I mistakenly did not add it to my trip but within a few minutes I had someone on the phone and in person to help me get into my unit. Very responsive and helpful I would stay again. Only problem was the tricky parking situation which isn’t the property’s fault. You have to pay for parking anytime on street or in lots from 6-10pm

Never got access to apartment so nothing to like

Couldn't gain entry to property place it was an apartment block and not hotel accommodation this was not advertised as such No point of contact extremely bad customer service Would not recommend dealing with them

The apartment is a spectacular modern 1 bed, with a futon in the living room. The kitchen is fully functional with modern appliances and new pots and pans. There was some coffee and tea selection and a nice laundry machine in the unit. The contactless check-in and keyless entry was nice, and there was a rooftop patio and BBQ area for enjoying the sunny days. The location is absolutely spectacular. It's just 1 block from the downtown cap hill nightlife scene. On Fri and Sat you can hear a tiny bit of base in the distance in the bedroom but with just a tiny bit of white noise it fades away as the building is new with concrete and solid beam construction and double pane windows On my next visit I will definitely look for this place and hopefully will return when I have less work to do and more fun! 5stars!

The price is a little high but it is a very nice place and similarly priced to places not as nice.

I have very mixed feelings on this. The plusses are great location near a lot of restaurants and shops and a very clean property. The unit was cute. The washer dryer was great to have. The problem is not having a front desk. We had trouble getting in to store our bags and spent more than 10 minutes on hold. Our heat didn't work and we couldn't get a blanket until the next day. They came and said they fixed the heat. They didn't. Another call and more waiting for a space heater. And they couldn't give us a statement of our stay because, they said, I booked through Expedia. I have never not gotten a receipt from a hotel and it may mean I cannot submit to my business office and will be out a lot of money. They were quick to answer the phone and communicate over text. But they couldn't solve the problems. I regret not staying at a hotel.

Large, comfortable bed. Good natural light. But VERY bare-bones, lacking basic amenities and devoid of any service whatsoever. Room was clean, but there were few places to sit, none of them comfortable. The Kleenex box in the bathroom had been used by previous guests and not replaced, so very few tissues remained. The bottles containing shampoo, etc. were broken so the pumps did not work. There was good light from large windows, but the view looked at on a storage facility and parking (nothing at all like the photos). There was a coffee pot, but only one coffee for my three-day stay. The lobby is open-air, and the weather was freezing and raining, so when I realized at 8 p.m. that I needed more Kleenex and toilet paper (and maybe another coffee?), I was told to go downstairs in my pajamas in the wet cold to a dark closet with a code to get these items that should have been in the room in the first place. If you enjoy even basic service and human management, stay somewhere else. There are several well-priced hotels nearby with much better service.
