The only good thing about this stay was the location as it is quite near to the city center.

EVERYTHING! Paid extra for the view but there isn't a view, the room & toilet were rather dirty with roaches as well. Mentioned that there will be a kitchen but it was not equiped as there wasn't even cups provided. The toilet also did not come with a basic floor mat so the place was wet after a bath. The bed & floor have obvious stains that was not cleaned before our check in. Aircon felt like it was not serviced for years. Optioned to have a queen bed but got 2 single beds combined. Parking is RM6 per entry which was not that convenient. Service was awesome before the stay but after the stay, slow replies and it took them forever to give me my deposit back. Basically, the cleanliness of the place was not as per the pictures shown online. Not to mention, the building is actually rather eerie as it looks like an abandoned building. Felt like I was scammed terribly.

not convinient when i need to message or call staff first to know my room number ,room level, room tower. Why cant host just give all the detail of the room number,level ,tower, and about the deduction if customer check out late direct to cust email?. Host already have my email and phone number. Why just cant inform customer early about all the detail?. It's waste my time when i need to wait for staff to answer my call/massage. Dont put "SEAFRONT" when you didnt mean it.

Pool view. Bath tub with this price is okay.

- The room that was supposedly to be my room was exchanged with other customer, which i dont understand how can it happen since you guys prepare password but how come her password matched with my room. - The lights in my room consisted of various lights which is yellow and white. You should not put a different colour of lights in such a small space like that. Also, you place the mirror with no lights near it. Doesnt make sense. - No toilettries were given except for 7 in 1 shower gel. At least prepare toothbrush and toothpaste. - Water in the shower and sink are pooling. Seems like its clogged. - Parking rm6 per entry. Why would you charge for parking meanwhile i already rent a night there? With unreasonable price also. RM3 still acceptable but rm6? I dont think so. - When i turned on the heater at the shower, the light at the kitchen started to blink. - No clear instructions to switch on the tv. Had no idea how to change the channel, etc. - Your fan is too slow. - Aircond should be fixed. Cant feel the aircond. - Poor maintenance and environment. Should at least paint the wall properly. It looks ugly.
